Spend your holidays in an elegant apartment in the historic centre of Makarska by the sea!

 

We offer you an unique and luxuriously appointed accommodation on the third floor of our house. The apartment is 89 square metres in size and has a separate private entrance. It features two bedrooms, a large living room and a sunny balcony. A few years ago, the entire house was renovated and in particular the façade insulation ensures a cool room temperature in summer. The equipment includes air-conditioning, satellite TV (many international channels available), free internet access (WLAN), a washing machine and a dishwasher (softener, detergent and other cleaning equipment provided as well), a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, a water cooker, a coffee machine, toaster, an egg cooker and more), a flat iron and ironing board and more. Furthermore, the apartment features a wide range of beach towels and washing towels, beach mats, sports equipment of all kinds (foot- and basketballs, badminton, tennis and table tennis rackets etc.). In the living room, you will find many books and a piano as well as a guitar for music lovers. In addition, bedclothes can be found in large quantity in both bedrooms. All amenities are, of course, at your disposal and free of charge.

Mountain bikes can be rent at our place for a daily fee.

 

Our private parking spaces are in the courtyard of the house and available for free in the off-season (every year until 1. June and then again from 1. October). In the main season, it is possible to park at public parking spaces in the city (albeit for a daily parking fee).  The nearest public parking spaces can be found directly in our street, so you can always keep an eye on your vehicle.

 

There is also a large complex with sports facilities (tennis, football, basketball, athletics and many other sports) and sports halls (including indoor swimming pools). The complex is flanked in the background by a vast forest called Osejava, which is also suitable for hiking in unspoilt nature. Makarska is located in a geographically extraordinarily beautiful location. The city is facing the Adriatic Sea and is enclosed in the north-east by the mighty foothills of the Biokovo Mountains. The Biokovo itself is a nature reserve and a popular tourist attraction. Tours to the summit Sv. Jure (1,762 meters high) are regularly organised from the city.

 

The place has a rich selection of bars, cafes and pubs. The most popular and frequented places (beaches, old town, supermarkets and other shops, sports fields, restaurants, cafes etc.) are all within walking distance.
